Powder Coated Wheels
We are able to offer a 12 month warranty on powder coated wheels. The wheel will either be refurbished again free of charge or at the company’s discretion the charge for the wheel refurbishment will be refunded.
Diamond Cut Wheels
We are able to offer a 6 month warranty on diamond cut wheels. There are limitations on how many times a wheel can be diamond cut, each time a wheel goes through the diamond cutting process the cutting head on the lathe removes a thin layer of metal from the face of the wheel. Therefore, if a warranty claim on a diamond cut wheel is required but has reached its cutting limitation then the warranty is limited to painting the face of the wheel all over including the areas that have previously been diamond cut.
Steel Wheels
The way in which steel wheels are manufactured often requires seams to be created as part of the process of forming the wheel, this can result in a bubbling effect around the area of any seams. Because of this, no warranty is given on steel wheels.
Small Print
Claims resulting from damage either by curbing, stone chips, poor refitting of tyres by third parties or other forms of impact or scuffing. Also including the use of any other cleaning product other than hot soapy water are excluded from the warranty.
Refurbished wheels MUST ONLY be cleaned with hot soapy water and non-abrasive cloths. Failure to do so may affect the finish and invalidate your warranty
